I'm just setting the stage here for PcB, because he called me to ask for some player stats. He is preparing to make the most amazing comparison anyone has seen at any point in history. You will be enthralled with the depth in which he details all aspects of these two players. Your panties will sag from the moisture you emit after your eyeballs are blown out of their sockets and your collective minds shatter from the onslaught of knowledge bombs that will soon erupt all over this message board. So wait anxiously and patiently as I cover the room in plastic sheets, bolt the doors and cover the windows. It's about to get heavy...
If Angelo had picked McClellin, I would have been expecting to hear by training camp that kid has stage 4 cancer, is actually 5'2" 142 lbs, is a chick who played in a 7 - 0 defensive scheme who only rotated in on downs which were 3 and 34 yds + so is not expecting to play a down in the NFL until the sex change is complete and she puts on another 100 lbs. + but this is Emery's first pick so he'll get a pass with a bit of questioning. - 1060Ivy

I hope it involves Nick Swisher

You are blowing my mind grapes.

6 of those 10 guys won MVP's, while Colavito placed in the top 5 numerous times, and Strawberry finished 2nd once, and 3rd once. I'd say they're slightly better than "decent or outright average," as a group.

Lots of guys in the Hall of Fame never won an MVP.
