No, retaliating and throwing at him is stupid. Your acceptance of pitchers throwing 95mph fastballs at batters is stupid. That whole mindset and the "unwritten rules of baseball" are stupid. Don't be stupid.

It doesn't matter what I think or anyone else thinks. You know it's gonna happen.

Local media were already speculating that Cubs would take a look at him. I don't think so.

I'll stick with manifestos like "if you think you look hot, wear it."

Since being traded back to his beloved Yankees, Adam Warren has pitched 8 games and thrown 10 IP of scoreless baseball, allowing just 4 hits, 3 BB and registering 9 K for a 0.70 WHIP and .125 BAA. Fuck that guy.

So in his mind, the fact that his role there is way more 'defined' than it was here and he knew when he'd being going in there whereas here he had no idea--he's able to let it flow freely and pitch to his highest potential?
Not understanding when he'd go into a game fucked with his mind so much that he threw bad pitches?
His era has gotta blow up a little over there at some point in the not too distant future cause it's too hard for me to wrap my head around a guy who can't focus going into the 6th inning but can focus going into the 7th.

Someone explain to me how this guy could handle multiple roles in the so-called pressure cooker of NY and in the supposedly tougher AL East and not here. Bad luck? Elevated HR rate in a small sample size? I think he was just butthurt for being traded and never wanted to accept a new environment. Still pisses me off that we gave away Castro for essentially nothing.

I don't miss Castro at all. At. All.
