I dont think enough has made of Heilman's knee problems for the past year or so. Supposedly he states he is close to 100%
now.I think we'll see the guy that put up some good numbers a few years ago.
I dont put much stock in his '08 Met numbers when you consider the sore knee and the overabuse.

A herd of buffalo can move only as fast as the slowest buffalo. When the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members.
