Yeah, I'll have to do that next year. Same with the NFC North (outside of the Bears).

Meant to post this earlier. K-Rod apparently had back spasms so bad he couldn't stand after the game. Sounds like he could be headed to the dl.

Wow. I was wondering why Manuel put Putz in instead of K-Rod with a 1-run lead.

That team has depth in the back end like no other. They'll be fine.
I hate my pretentious sounding username too.

<!--quoteo-->QUOTE <!--quotec-->Chaos reigned in the Fenway Park hallway outside the Mets New York Mets ' clubhouse late Saturday night after closer Frankie Rodriguez suddenly collapsed due to apparent back spasms.

Rodriguez, the Mets' prized $37 million offseason addition who is perfect in his first 12 save chances with the club, was put on a stretcher and taken by ambulance to a local hospital following the 3-2 win over the Red Sox.

Mets officials had no further word on K-Rod's situation two hours after the game and did not say if the problem was serious enough to involve a disk in Rodriguez's back.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

A rare treat from Sunday Night Baseball: Joe Morgan isn't broadcasting tonight. Enjoy it while you can.

I assume "America's GM" is though? I hope they have an in-game fake press conference.

Cardinals pitching dominance continues. Chris Carpenter has a perfect game through 6 at Milwaukee.

Counsell singles right as I say that.

But he's too old to keep hitting over the 3 year deal!

How have we come to this conclusion so fast?

Because he has a ton left. He's going to make that deal worth it just by this season. He's been hitting better than anytime of his career the last few years, he's not just all of a sudden going to become a shit pile next season.
