Damn you fielding bible! 7 errors, 2 more tonight. Delmon Young(8) was the only outfielder in baseball to have over 7 errors last year.
Edit: 2 of those came at 1b I see, so 5 in the outfield.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
He's still hitting the piss out of the ball, however.
.276/.410/.594
16 HR and 42 RBI
He really needs to find an AL team that he can DH for...

It's going to be interesting to see what the Nats do. Nick Johnson would be attractive to a lot of teams, maybe they'll deal him and move Dunn to first. But of course he's made 2 errors in 5 games at first as well. He needs to be in the AL. Maybe some AL team gets desperate, decides they want him now, and give Washington a few prospects for him. The Nats aren't close to competing. They should just be looking to get young, build around Ryan and Jordan Zimmerman, Strasburg, etc.

I'd not be shocked if the Red Sox make a push for him if Ortiz continues to struggle. Dunn, that is.

<!--quoteo-->QUOTE <!--quotec-->Pirates placed LHP Donnie Veal on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to May 30, with a strained right groin.
He injured himself throwing a 3-2 pitch to Hunter Pence Saturday when he slipped on the mound. He totaled two scoreless innings. Veal is getting no work this year, only appearing in five games so far. The Rule 5 draft pick has made fans of Pirates brass who have no intention of returning him to the Cubs, so Veal should have a spot waiting for him when he returns. There is no corresponding move until Monday, so today the Pirates play a man short.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Haha... he's got 10BB in 6.1 IP... Good luck with that Pittsburgh.

What the fuck? I get the feeling they are just going to make up injuries for the rest of the year and keep him on the DL. All just so they don't have to send him back. Talk about stunting a kids growth. Have fun Pittsburgh.

That makes zero sense. I was wondering why we never heard about him during our series with Pittsburgh. I thought maybe he was out of baseball already.
