Yelich had himself a series.

Fucking Brewers couldn't manage a single win against the Cardinals? Fuck them.
And Yelich appears to be a completely different player in Milwaukee than on the road. Home: .417/.540/1.271 Road: .233/.313/.279 Small sample size, but damn. That's extreme.

I am so glad they're tanking, sucks that the Cardinals aren't...but one out of two ain't bad.

The Cardinals pitchers have the lowest BABIP (a ridiculous .256) and highest strand rate (82.2%) going into today's game. As rok said, there is plenty of time for those to correct themselves.

Butchie would find a way to be pissed that in a Brewers-Cardinals series, both teams didnt lose all 3.
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.

I dont feel like that is unreasonable.

A better result is both teams lose 3, entire Cardinals team contracts syphilis.

Quote:A better result is both teams lose 3, entire Cardinals team contracts syphilis. That would be equitable since the Brewers already have a herpes infestation.

Watching the Cardinals recaps of late, I’m reminded that they have some of the worst commentators in the game. Their TV PBP guy sounds like a nasally schmuck from a random Simpsons episode whose overhyped calls come off phony as fuck to me, and their radio guy just sounds like he's on his drunken deathbed. I’m trying not to be biased, but...good lord, do they ever suck. As for their color guys, it goes without saying how awful McCarver is and Jim Edmonds sounds like they pulled some random dude off the street and put a microphone in front of him. I guess this is the broadcasting quality their fanbase deserves, so I’m actually fine with it.

It's only fitting that their radio PBP guy, John Rooney, was also with the White Sox for 18 years. Kindred organizations.
