When this came up I had to read through TBB's Kris Bryant thread. That was some funny shit.

Does anyone else despise the way MLB.com organizes their highlights? Beyond that, their whole website is a bordeline trainwreck in terms of navigation and even the general layout. Just a random rant, but it's something that's been bothering me for a few years now. Thankfully the mobile app makes it much easier, but the PC version is just a straight up hot mess. I'm not sure why they don't invest in a better design.

MLB Draft 2013 thread. More than a few people here weren't happy with the Bryant pick! Hindsight is a beautiful thing, especially since we were desperate for pitching at the time.

I actually posted in my fb baseball group about how I remember wanting the Cubs to draft an arm and remember being just slightly disappointed when they announced the KB pick. Remember thinking meh, i'm good with it but he could just be a late college blooming bat that won't do anything in the big leagues.
I don't think Jon Gray is really doing all that much either.

Do the Marlins really need bullpen help? From what I saw, their bullpen is already stacked.

It's like a mini trade deadline today. The Dodgers sure do love to collect mediocre arms from the Braves.

Apparently the Giants are going to have Bumgarner hit for himself tonight at Oakland. I hope he gets knocked out in the first inning, and they have to use a bunch of pinch hitters for being stupid.
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.

That has to be the first - if not it's been very few - time that a NL team didn't use the DH in a game.
It makes sense though. They are beat up and their bench options are shit.

I might be wrong, but I think it has happened at least once before. Still dumb though.

Well, Darwin Barney got the loss in todays Cleveland/Toronto game. Gave up a homer in the 19th.
