I guess he should have taken the reduced offer from Houston. That sucks for him. He gambled and lost.</blockquote>
For now. He'll be drafted. Honestly I hope the Cubs take him in the 2nd round if he's still there.

At this point, keep drafting position players. Fuck pitchers. Just trade for them later on.

In the 1st round? I agree with you. In the 2nd round? Take pitchers all you want.

Would definitely take a shot at him in a later round.

Yep. Take him, let him rehab. See what happens.

I want him now more after TJS, it's good he got it out of the way early since it seems to be a right of passage now a days.

"Aiken was projected to be one of the top picks in the 2015 draft, and despite his surgery, its still possible (if even probable) that he could receive a high selection if his recovery proceeds as planned. As Aiken noted himself, two pitchers Jeff Hoffman and Erick Fedde who underwent Tommy John surgery last year were taken ninth and 18th overall, respectively. Aikens case could differ, however, due to his small UCL; one of the questions the Astros had about his health was that recovery from possible TJ surgery could be more difficult given his ligaments size."

This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.

Jacques Plante says it may be time for a change.
What type of change? Aside from forcing pitchers to wear facemasks there is nothing that can really be done to protect them.</blockquote>A .45 serves as enough protection I reckon.
If Angelo had picked McClellin, I would have been expecting to hear by training camp that kid has stage 4 cancer, is actually 5'2" 142 lbs, is a chick who played in a 7 - 0 defensive scheme who only rotated in on downs which were 3 and 34 yds + so is not expecting to play a down in the NFL until the sex change is complete and she puts on another 100 lbs. + but this is Emery's first pick so he'll get a pass with a bit of questioning. - 1060Ivy

James was pretty effective for us at times. There were times when he was the only guy I wanted to see come out of the pen. That lead to his overuse and potentially why he sucks now.

Verlander to start the season on the DL. Man, I remember REALLY wanting him in free agency before he signed his extension.

Methinks the Tigers window is about the close abruptly.
