<{POST_SNAPBACK}><!--quotec-->What about "I Am Legend"? I've never seen it but people say it's good.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
It's OK.
***SPOILER***
There are actually two scenes in the film that shows Will Smith has some acting chops.
- One is when he is singing a Bob Marley song to his dog (basically his only friend) right before it turns into a zombie/vampire dog and he has to kill her. His emotion was believable -- at least I bought it.
- The other is not too long afterwards. He goes into a video store where he has windowfront dummies set up that he talks to so he feels less lonely. He has an exchange with one of the lady dummies (sounds weird, I know) where he is basically pleading for her to respond to him.
***END SPOILER***
I never said he's a bad actor. I actually think he's pretty good. I'm just sick of him. He's totally overexposed and I don't think he chooses his roles very well. Let me put it another way -- I think he chooses them based on how big of a blockbuster it might be -- not based on the quality of the script.

I doubt he thought "The Pursuit of Happyness" was going to be a blockbuster. Or "7 Pounds" and howis he overexposed? He only does one movie a year except last year, he did 2! It is not like pulled a Jude Law by doing 6 movies in one year.
