Roy Halladay

Cubs get Halladay.
Bluejays get DLee & 2 pitching prospects.

Cubs pick up Nick Johnson as a free agent.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

I don't think the Blue Jays would do that. I believe they would rather have more pieces to build the future with than DLee. Plus, those pitching prospects would pretty much have to be Jay Jackson and Andrew Cashner.

Plus, DLee's no trade clause. Can't imagine he seeing Toronto and saying that's the West Coast team he was thinking about being traded to one day.

And the Cubs would have to send an assload of cash. If the Jays are trading Halladay because they can't afford him, they wouldn't want to take on Lee's $$
I wish that I believed in Fate. I wish I didn't sleep so late. I used to be carried in the arms of cheerleaders.

The Jays are in rebuilding mode. They don't want Lee, besides he'd never agree to the trade. I think any trade for Halladay would have to include Castro.
