I'll also be there for the Sunday game. PM me your cell number and I'll shoot you a text. Maybe we can grab some LaRosa's or Skyline at the game and meet up.

You should hit Izzy's up for some corned beef. It's funny, I was thinking of heading down for the series, but family birthdays bring me back to Chicago this weekend.

Met Phan, his gal, his sister and her boyfriend yesterday. Good people all around. Phan was prettier in person than in pictures.

Out of probably 40,000+ seats in the building we sat within three feet of each other. Our seats were Sec 127, Row AA, Seat 1-4. Their's were Sec 127, Row BB, Seats 5-8. Phan was literally breathing down my neck all game long. Sexy! How random is that? I think Phan has a picture so maybe he can post that a little later.

It was nice to meet you Phan. I appreciate your girlfriend offering me a spot on your floor/couch for SOITOW. I just might take you up on that offer.

Yeah, I'm changing it to Goosebumpsneck.

You know, I'd love to change my screen name. I've hated it for a long, long time. It just annoys me when everyone else changes theirs because I've grown to "know" people by their screen names. When it gets changed I have a hard time remembering exactly who that person was/is.

Don't change it.

And I bet you were thrillled to witness Soriano's tired act in person over the weekend.

I don't plan to. And Soriano is pathetic. Dude needs to quit beisbol. It's early, but is anyone else beginning to wonder if last year's injury wasn't the source of his suckiness> I bet he's really 39 years old or some shit like that.

I have no idea, but every facet of his game looks terrible, even though he appears relatively healthy now. There was a piece on Bleacher Nation speculating that he could be close to being benched. He has become a liability in every way, so maybe he needs to sit for a while.

I don't think it is productive when Lou goes off on a player. Especially in public.

Phan, post some pics! I need to put a face with the 'neck.

It was great seeing neck and his buds. Unreal that we randomly sat right next to each other. I seem to have very good luck going to Cinci games...remember last time I saw the presidential motorcade, sat right next to bush's box, and randomly got a ticket to the final game of the NCAA tourney when unknowingly stopping in Indy for a bite to eat on the way home.

it was a great day for baseball...leave it to the cubs to fuck it up. as soon as we left the bases juiced in the first inning I knew we were fucked.

I'll post the pic shortly.

You make the Dos Equis commercial guy look like George Costanza.
I hate my pretentious sounding username too.
