As an anniversary gift my wife surprised me by upgraded my tickets to yesterday's game from bleachers to the PNC Club. Arrived at the game and received a text message to go to the ticket window where my tickets were being held.
The PNC Club is new to Wrigley this year. Basically, the Cubs took 5 skyboxes in RF, combined and expanded them. It's basically a modern skybox with lots of oak, leather, flat screens and hostesses. Area has seat for somewhere between 65 - 100 fans. The tickets include food and drink.
The Club is fairly exclusive - ticket prices will choke most large farm animals - but the people I met were friendly and outgoing. Fairly certain that I was the only person in the club who rode his bike to the game.

After the Cubs scored 6 runs in the 7th inning, I turned to grab a dog and another John Daly and noticed Tom Ricketts. I waited a few minutes and then introduced myself, congratulated him on the purchase of the Cubs and requested a picture. At Ace's request, I mentioned SOI and even showed him the current game thread. Appears that Tom is fairly used to this behavior. He was cool about the whole thing. His wife brought him a beer during our brief conversation. I don't expect him to remember any of this but it still was cool to talk to the Cubs owner.

After the game, I was about to depart when I noticed Bob Brenly. Also was able to get a quick pick with Bob.
Pictures of the PNC Club, Wrigley view from the Club, Ricketts picture with me, Ricketts picture with me and a buddy (Yes, that is a Dr. Dre Chronic shirt he has on) and Brenly pic.
Overall, it was a cool experience. If I cash wasn't an issue, I would return on a regular basis but if cash wasn't an issue, I might have attempted to purchase the Cubs.
