Yowza. Mota had been in the system since 2005 (at age 18).

Ian Happ clubbed a couple of homers for Myrtle Beach last night, going 4-5 overall with 4 RBI.

This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.  [Image: ITgoyeg.png]

Contreras hitting .390, Vogelbach .366, Almora .368.

We have some bats throughout the system.  Arms on the other hand, not nearly so much.

I salivate thinking about our potential OF defense we we have Heyward and Almora in RF and CF.

I also have to think that if Vogelbach continues to hit that he will look real attractive to an AL team at the deadline.
Reply
I wonder if we will ever see an OF of Fowler/Almora/Heyward in LF/CF/RF later in 2016, depending on how things go with Soler.

Can Almora handle the leadoff spot, if he takes over CF duties after Fowler's time here is over?

I just want to drink beer and play atari

Don't think so, as he's always been a below avg OBP guy. I'd prefer that either Zobrist or Heyward fill that role post-Fowler.

Almora is still killing it.  3-5 last night with a HR.
