My only conclusion is that they would hire Ross because he'd implement what the FO wants, beyond that I just don't get it. Feels like such a fucking meatball move.

I don't know what to think. I'm surprised for sure. Ex-catcher and team leader type becoming a manager isn't odd, I'm just so not used to this right to the top thing. I'll try to keep an open mind, but it strikes me as a meatball move as well.
