He looks like a member of Korn
If Angelo had picked McClellin, I would have been expecting to hear by training camp that kid has stage 4 cancer, is actually 5'2" 142 lbs, is a chick who played in a 7 - 0 defensive scheme who only rotated in on downs which were 3 and 34 yds + so is not expecting to play a down in the NFL until the sex change is complete and she puts on another 100 lbs. + but this is Emery's first pick so he'll get a pass with a bit of questioning. - 1060Ivy

Nats’ Scherzer and Indians’ Kluber win Cy Young’s again

And somehow John Hart walks off into the sunset completely unscathed.

I mean, he doesn't have a job with a MLB team anymore. What else is there to do?
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.

Just saying that I find it hard to believe that the ethics violations with the Braves never involved him at all, and he never took any responsibility for what happened under his watch. I'm not asking for him to be tarred and feathered or anything.

Please go to the Giants. Anywhere but the Cardinals.

One high-WAR player breaking the Cardinals bank and farm for years to come seems like a good thing to me.

I’m with Rok. Don’t want Stanton on Cardinals
11-20-2017, 01:39 PM
Me either...but it wouldn't be the end of the world, or without an upside.

I acknowledge that Stanton's deal could become an albatross AND that if he's great there's a chance he could opt out leaving the Cards with nothing, but I would rather not take either of those chances.
Also, Kid will be thrilled to know that his favorite Cub of all time (not referring to his namesake) is on the 2018 HOF ballot. http://mlb.nbcsports.com/2017/11/20/chip...me-ballot/

Given that Cubs current roster is seen as having a 4 year competitive window, I’ld rather take my chances against prospects not developing and Cards spending budget on other free agents and players vs Cards having the current NL MVP and having depleted budget and prospect pool.
