Will the Braves prospects be straight free agents or back to international pool?
Which of the Braves executives should Cubs hire as consultant who would understand their development, ceilings, concerns and value if they are free agents? Just read BN article which notes that Braves prospects will be under international pool rules so Cubs only have $300k to spend

I guess I dont understand. Does Maitan and other international signings have to return all of the cash/signing bonuses that they have earned? The entire process confuses me.
