2024 Playoffs

In case anyone cares/is watching.

I hate the Mets, but damn I hope they can find a way to beat the Brewers tonight...

Yes, the Brewers are insufferable.

Also keeping a close eye on the Tigers as they've always been my AL team. Still warms my heart that they hired Jason Benetti after the White Sox snubbed him, and that the Tigers helped contribute to the Sox historic shitshow of a season.

I'd like to see Cleveland win it all. They've suffered long enough.

It’s Cleveland - I support their suffering

Want the Mets and Padres to win

Unfortunately, the O’s shit the bed already

My interest in baseball right now is probably the lowest it's been in 25 years. If I had to root for a team it would have to be an AL club. Definitely either Cleveland or Detroit. And I honestly don't care what the Mets and Brewers do. Hopefully the earth will suddenly open up and swallow them both in the 9th inning of tonight's game.

Mets - Phillies appears to be a great series

Luckily, I will stay away from both cities and fans - some bad experiences including quick trips to holding areas at both locales.

Notice that the terms like ‘jail’ or ‘getting locked up’ seem to getting replaced in some circles by the more euphemistic ‘indisposed’. Can recall using that term when someone was taking a dump or incoherent rather than in prison

Back to baseball, prefer the Phillies over the Mets but Mets seem to have their mojo working for them

Last night’s transfer of champagne / beer from Brewers locker room to the Mets locker room makes for a classic pic which should be shared with each Brewer fan in your sphere of influence

Man, there's been some pretty great moments so far in the playoffs and they've just begun. That first game to get into the playoffs between the Mets and Braves was just insane. Lindor is crazy.

I can't stop rooting for the Mets. Initially because I hate the fans in Atlanta and then cause the Brewers are the worst and now, for some unknown reason, I'm hoping they beat the Phillies.

AJ and Wainwright together in the booth feels like a preview of what hell must be like.

All series tied at 1-1. Was more impressed by opening games of series than the second but each game has had the playoff tension and vibe

I can't believe how bad they are. It's such a joke that someone who gets paid to pick color commentators picked these two people. What in the fuck?

Thought the Phillies Mets series would go 5 games but Lindor clearly thought otherwise.
