Bullpen will improve as starters and spot starters turn into relievers as expected starters return to their roles 

Unfortunately, Cubs starter ERA will likely decrease and Cubs offense is still an unknown.  Yeah, Cody and Seiya will return but foolish to expect younger players to consistently produce
