MLB News & Notes (other than Cubs or Sox)
The Marlins are selling the unsold tickets from the Halladay perfect game. At face value. So, if you want a souvenir from that game and weren't able to attend...I can sort of see why a Phillies fan would want a ticket. However, if you want a box seat ticket, you have to pay box seat prices. Bizarre.

Now in thirty or forty years, there's going to be a ton of grandsons who will hear how their grandfathers were there to see Halladay's perfect game whilst on vacation in South Beach, and they have the ticket to prove it.

2 outs, 9th inning, perfect game... grounder to first, close but OBVIOUS play, and the ump calls the guy safe. It was the wrong call, especially in the situation.

The whole team was just out on the field yelling at him.

Even the Indians' announcers are DESTROYING him.
