The Reds just gave up a shit ton for Mat Latos.
Edinson Volquez, Yonder Alonso (BBA #3 Reds prospect), Yasmani Grandal (#4 Reds prospect, 2010 1st Round pick), Brad Boxberger (#10 Reds prospect). He hit .141 in 123 at bats last year though in the bigs after dominating the minors, and just 22. I think if you acquire Rizzo, you go in with LaHair as the starting first baseman until you're sure Rizzo can hit, you know, like .200+ in the majors.

I seem to recall reading an article about Jed having a man crush on Rizzo after scouting him as a kid. He's the #2 prospect in the Padres system, so he'd cost a ton, but man would he be a nice fit at 1B for the long term... I just don't think that we have the ammo to get him if he is available... Jackson, Szczur, McNutt maybe?
