That video was 1:49 too long.

MLB Network is showing the Dodgers broadcast versus the DBacks right now.
I wish I could hear Vin Scully everyday.

I'm watching too. He's in a league of his own, and no one even comes close. He may be 80 years old or so, but he's a still sharp. "Just outside the zone and and so the deuces are wild, 2 balls, 2 strikes, 2 out and a runner on a second and Kershaw is set at the belt." Classic Vinny.
I hate my pretentious sounding username too.

Romero has something going against the Sox right now. 6 innings, 12 ks, and some other stats.

Box-score line du jour -- a Rich Harden classic vs. Tor.: 3 2/3 IP 1 H 3 R 1 ER 5 BB 8 K 1 HBP 1 HR. At least he was unhittable. Uh, right?<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

More from Stark:
<!--quoteo-->QUOTE <!--quotec-->He needed 90 pitches to get 11 outs!
Just so you know what you're looking at here, baseball-reference.com's amazing Play Index tells us that Harden is the only pitcher since 1952 to unfurl a box-score entry like that one -- with that many strikeouts and that many walks, but only one hit, in an outing that didn't even last four innings.
He also joins only Bob Veale (1965 Pirates) and Ryan Dempster ('99 Marlins) to cram that many walks and strikeouts into an outing that short, no matter how unhittable they all were.
And who was the last pitcher before Harden to pile up that many strikeouts even though he never made it through the fourth inning? Well, in a not-so-coincidental development, that would be Harden himself, last April 15 against the Rockies (8 strikeouts, 9 outs).<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

I've mentioned this 30 times, but I might as well bore you new guys with it: one time I got to do an inning in the booth with Scully at Dodger Stadium. He was great. Drysdale was awesome. Just a great experience.
End of Big Gabby moment.
There's nothing better than to realize that the good things about youth don't end with youth itself. It's a matter of realizing that life can be renewed every day you get out of bed without baggage. It's tough to get there, but it's better than the dark thoughts. -Lance
