The extra inning rule with a runner on 2nd base could lead to a team pitching a perfect game and losing.  Imagine a game that goes to extra innings 0-0, one team pitches a perfect game, and then gives up sacrifice flies in the first 2 outs in the 10th: a run scores without a runner ever having earned a base.

 

I hate that fucking rule.  Just have ties.  If a game can't be decided in 12 innings, just call it a tie and be done with it.  Don't do this stupid runner on 2nd shit.
