Just as you note regression to the mean, pitching should improve. Reds get several starters back from DL for 2018 and prospects have had another year of seasoning.

I hope he makes it back at some point. Maybe he should go to Japan and clear his head, but it sounds like his stuff has really deteriorated recently. Weird.

ESPN's Buster Olney warning that labor unrest threatens 2018.
Appears that it's clear that players union made mistakes when they negotiated the CBA in 2016. Unclear to what extent players are united and willing to force reopening of agreement. Was surprised that Manfred called and offered MLB Players Association's Executive Director, Clark, to renegotiate elements of CBA in return for extension. http://www.espn.com/blog/buster-olney/in...g-showdown
