Delay in vote appears to be due to lack of clarity regarding scenario that 2020 season is reduced further than agreed upon 60 games, what happens to agreed upon concessions for 2021 season - e.g. expanded playoffs, DH in NL, etc. Disappointed that sides couldn’t get their act together to point where a vote could be taken by players but concerns seem valid.

Wonder if the vote was postponed at Manfred's request, and there is more horse-trading going on behind the scenes. If this is rejected quickly, could be the end of the season and baseball.
