That's the thing though, Storen was pretty dominant when they made the trade. He was openly pissed about the trade and he carried that through his entire 2nd half. Just seems like a trade that the Nats didn't need to make and the team went downhill after it.

I would disagree that they didn't need to make the trade insofar as they definitely needed significant bullpen help.  They might have been 10 up in the division at the time of that trade if their bullpen had been good.  However, the trade clearly had a domino effect that made it a net negative.
