Saw the video a few days ago. Very uncomfortable to sit through. I have no use for either of them, but clearly Dykstra is the bigger turd.

Sitting amongst rich assholes in Philly? Pass.

"You stole from your kids" is sort of the ultimate trump card.

This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.  [Image: ITgoyeg.png]

Is it true that instead of slapping the ass, a Philly doctor throws batteries at a newborn baby?

I didn't need to be started. I came out of the womb booing the entire staff in the delivery room.

Seriously fuck the White Sox. If the Cubs were a drain on taxpayers, we would never hear the end of it.

Quote:Sox ticket promotion a loss for taxpayers

The Ballpark Pass was a chance to watch weekday baseball during April and May this season for merely $2.64 per game. The Sox, under an agreement with the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority, the public agency that owns The Cell, are required to pay a fee on each ticket sold beyond 1,930,000 in paid attendance. But that ticket threshold, according to the agreement, excludes tickets that are given to sponsors or sold for less than $3. It wasnt until 2008 the Sox even paid an annual fee to use the stadium. Several years ago, it [ISFA] covered the costs of building the restaurant and team store for the Sox outside the stadium, ceding all profits to the team at the request of Sox Chairman Jerry Reinsdorf.

The Brewers are knocking Shark around like a Piñata in the 1st inning. Maybe Milwaukee isn't as bad as their record?

Any of our guys seen Cinder-Gaurd in the minors? Think Russell saw him? It'll be fun watching these youngsters sorting stuff out. I think our guy's will wear him down. Rizzo, Castro, Fowler with more experience at major level. Addison and Jorge with elite talent. That's a lot to face in a debut.

I think our chances are good, if only because its his debut.

Bryant went 1-3 with a single RBI against him. Not sure about Russell.

Quote:On June 19, as one of the numerous theme days the Sox host to get people into U.S. Cellular Field, the White Sox are hosting a discount night for residents of Northwest Indiana (or for those who lie about living in Northwest Indiana). You can get anywhere from $15 to $5 off a ticket, depending on what seating area you choose.

But at the same time, there's another event happening during the same game. According to the White Sox website, "In addition to specially-priced tickets, we would like to invite you to participate in the Great Clips Mullet Night Parade. Parade passes will automatically be added to your order for the first 1800 tickets purchased."

A mullet wig is included with the Mullet Night Parade passes, which cost an addition $5 over the regular ticket price. And the Sox are selling extra wigs for $10 a piece.
