Just saying that I miss the days when he was pitching well for us and we were actually in meaningful games. I never said I wanted him back on this dreadful team. What would be the point?

Just tired of losing so often and the bleak outlook.

I would have loved to bulldog doing his thing at Wrigley for another year and get an opportunity to pitch in the playoffs but that just wasn't happening this year. He has pitched lights out a few times this year and the Cubs feeble fail to provide him enough offense to notch him a W. It's been a terrible year.

I'm bracing myself for (at minimum) another 3-5 miserable seasons. I haven't been this down on the Cubs organization since the mid-90s. I'll try not to beat this dead horse though for much longer, but it's tough when former Cubs are doing well on other teams.
