Apparently, multiple Cardinals (it sounds like only 2 so far) have tested positive, causing a postponement of at least their game tonight in Milwaukee.  More tests are being done to evaluate their players to determine the rest of the series.  Of urse, now you have to worry about the Twins who the Cardinals just played.  Meanwhile, the Marlins are up to 18 positive players.  This is not sustainable.

Manfred can't keep pretending this will just resolve itself with more testing. The MLBPA needs to demand tighter protocols or just end the damn season.

Yes and no.  I mean, ultimately, you're right.  But, really, what it shows is that it looks like a bubble is the only way to have sports right now, and that was never a feasible option for MLB.

I'm not convinced that the bubble is viable solution for any sport. Let's see how closely the NBA players, coaches and staff end up following protocols while essentially being prisoners of the Magic Kingdom.
