I don't want Ibanez. I don't really want Abreu either. If we're gonna take bad D, I'll take Dunn. At least he's younger and has substantial power. To tell you the truth, I'm not really enamored with any of the LH free agents out there, so maybe a trade is the way to go.

Like I care. If we had his bat in October, we may have won some games. It's just like Manny. Average to subpar in the outfield, but his bat will make up for it when it matters. His defense isn't going to be why we go home in October, but his bat might keep us playing.

Also, he can be had for probably a 2-3 year deal. Most of the other OFs on the market probably want to be locked down for at least 4 years, and we just aren' going to do that.
