green day was a band i loved to hate forever but american idiot changed everything. i listened to that shit non-stop forever, and for you pumpkin guys, melancholy was supposed to be the "concept album" but it was actually "machina" and "machina II" which, if it would have worked out as planned, album, tour, etc. it would have been a pretty badass way to go out.
Life is a bitch, but she's totally doable.

dark side of the moon
Francis the mute - Mars Volta
808s and Heartbreak - Kanye
most shit by Ween
Zaireeka - The Flaming Lips
If Angelo had picked McClellin, I would have been expecting to hear by training camp that kid has stage 4 cancer, is actually 5'2" 142 lbs, is a chick who played in a 7 - 0 defensive scheme who only rotated in on downs which were 3 and 34 yds + so is not expecting to play a down in the NFL until the sex change is complete and she puts on another 100 lbs. + but this is Emery's first pick so he'll get a pass with a bit of questioning. - 1060Ivy

Isn't that the album where they made 4 different versions meant to be played on 4 different stereos at the same time?

Most of these get named all the time, but they're still some of my favorites.

Radiohead - OK Computer and Kid A
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon, the Wall, Animals
David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust thru Alladin Sane
Metallica - ...And Justice for All
Jimi Hendrix - Axis
Muse - Origin of Symmetry
Coheed & Cambria - In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth, but the rest of their albums after that kinda suck

I always assumed there was a reason for the misspellings, but I've never heard a good explanation as to what it meant.
