Furcal to the Bravos

Almost the same contract he got last time around. I believe that one was 38 or 39.
I think the Dodgers got in this late because they know that they had no one to replace him with. Angel Berroa is not going to be a great option at short. The Braves rumors got Colletti to open his eyes.
I hate my pretentious sounding username too.

Either Furcal is a douche, Kinzer is a douche, or they are both douches!! That is a pure 100% dick move.

The Braves said they will no longer deal with Kinzer, or his clients.

I wonder how the MLBPA is going to feel about that? I also wonder if Kinzer is going to lose any clients over this.

Is that really a union issue? The Braves can choose to deal with whomever they want to, right?
I'm 100% fine with this. I'm just glad there's an actual plan in place that isn't, "Let's load up on retreads and hope we get lucky." I'm a little tired of that plan.

essentially, yes. There are a number of teams that won't deal with Boras clients, like the White Sox. The player always has the option of changing agents.
