SOI ESPN Keeper League
I'd have no problem acquiring 100+ runs, 35+ homers, and 20+ steals either. I'd definitely be interested.

Soriano, who's 0 for 3 in ST, won't swipe 20 bases this year. Book it!

He's not trying yet. I fully expect him to steal 20+ because Lou is going to send him a lot. He's fully capable of it still. He was 19/22 last year in 109 games. They want him to be a 30/30 guy again.

I'd rather have Lou tell him that his main value is in hitting a lot of home runs, not stealing bases (and risking injury).

Why? His crapness played a big part in you guys sweeping us.

About a year back Fella got mad at me for saying Soriano's contract was in the discussion for worst in baseball.. Sure there are other bad ones but his is in the discussion.. At the time he got mad at me... I wonder if he still feels that way.. lol

Soriano is a great regular season player. He is overpaid sure, but certainly not the very worst contract in baseball like you told me last year.

I'd rather pay him twice what he is making before I paid what you guys are paying Pierre, Schmidt and Druw.

Haha I knew that would get a reaction..

It's definitely not the worst but I think any contract over 6 years will ultimately fail. I seriously have a hard time thinking of too many long term, high dollar contracts where the player wasn't shopped by his team by the end of the deal.

Hey guys. I am sooo sorry. I had a little emergency situation come up tonight and can't do the draft. I guess I will have to deal with what I get handed to me. I promise, I will be active when the season starts. BTW, I sent payment today.

Guys, please close the Java app and open the Lite app. The lite app is like 10 picks ahead of the java app. I'm sorry this is such a mess, but there's little I can do until everyone is on the same page.

VISTA USERS: Due to reported incompatibility issues with Java, we recommend using our Lite Draft Application for the best experience.

Well that went smoothly.

Well, that sure was fucked up, and I'm definitely going to let ESPN hear about it. If we can move the league to Yahoo next year and still do keepers, I'm going to suggest that we do so.

When will the DL players be set, so we can pickup a FA?
