You can add another one to the list of Cubs fans that think Sammy is guilty. In fact, before I saw the Karl Malone comment I was trying to figure out if Serena and Sosa have ever been seen togther? Good lord, that picture is gonna give me nightmares.

McGwire is a guy that I think would have been okay if he had just come clean. He was always seen as a hard working, blue collar guy. If he had gone public and admitted his use, said he was just frustrated with all the injuries and looking for an edge I think he would have been forgiven and would eventually gotten into the HoF.

His silence was the nail in the coffin. I don't understand why more of these guys don't get it. Giambi, Pettite and others that have come forward and admitted their mistake have been well received by the public and media. You would think more players would see this and realize that is the way to go.
