I doubt it, but I think between CF and RF, he'll get 120+ starts.

lou has already hinted at it.

Between injuries to himself and Bradley, he's not gonna be able to play CF everyday, no matter what Lou has hinted at.

does johnson have an injury history? and i don't think i said centerfield specifically did i? if he's starting every game in right, he's still an everyday starter right?

my point, and i think you knew it already, was that johnson is going to take sparkle's job by may. johnson will be the starter and sparkle will come off the bench.

oh, and mark my words.

Ah, I mis-read it, you didn't say in CF. I think we agree then. I see Soriano getting about 150 starts. Bradley getting about 110 starts. Johnson getting about 120 starts. Fukudome getting about 80 starts. Gathright getting about 25 starts.

Was Rocky a rule 5 guy that was returned to us? I thought I remember him pitching for another team this spring.

And again. He's not blowing his fastball by anybody and just allowed 2 bombs this inning.

Did DeLuca mention that he's the worst fielder in town? He's athletic, but they should just accept reality and move his ass to CF.
There's nothing better than to realize that the good things about youth don't end with youth itself. It's a matter of realizing that life can be renewed every day you get out of bed without baggage. It's tough to get there, but it's better than the dark thoughts. -Lance

Man, what the hell has gotten into Theriot? Can we really expect him to be a mini power threat? It's good to see him cracking the lumber like this.
I recall that when he first came up (late '06?) he had some power, but it was doubles power.
