The Brewers are winning 1-0, bottom of the 1st.

Gallardo is pitching for the Brewers. Don't know who is pitching for the Cubs.

Hmm. Lilly goes tomorrow, Z not for a bit, ditto for Harden and Demp. So it's Marshall, Gaudin, or Guzman probably.

It's Marshall. 1 inning, 3 hits and an earned run allowed. Double and triple.

Hoff threw Hardy out at the plate, that's huge for him in showing he can play in the outfield. Gathright walked and stole 2nd, Bradley walked.

Top of 1st, Weeks got out, Duffy got a triple. Hardy followed up with an rbi double. Braun should have popped out, but it was lost in the sun. Cubs ended up throwing Hardy out at the plate. Then Cameron struck out.
I got nothin'.

Kind of weird, Bradley took a walk and was immediately replaced on 1st. I'm not sure why that is. Both Pat and Ron were a little surprised, so they must not have said anything about doing that.

That's Milton Bradley for ya. Probably hurt his hammy standing in the box.

How did Hoff get a hit and Gathright didn't score with 2 outs? Infield hit?
