Manny Parra is pure shit. He looked awful.

Really, their whole staff not named Gallardo is total crap.

It's the same for the rotation anyway for the Astros and Pirates. And there's question marks all over the staffs for the Cards and Reds. Really bad pitching in this division. We should mash.

Just remembered about Sheets, where did he end up anyway?

Burton just needed some love.

Just dropped in for this little tidbit. After that last AB by Soriano, he is now tied for the lead in walks on the team with 9.

Edit: I forgot that Kosuke took a walk today too, so Soriano moves into second place tied with Fontento who also walked today.

The Nats are about to blow another 9th inning lead

Nice AB for lee, despite the result.

And the Nats get out of a 2nd and 3rd 0 outs in the 9th.

Random question, why the fuck is there an Australian on the new KFC grilled chicken commercials?

D-Lee picked a bad day to start hitting the ball in the air.

He should try going the other way.
There's nothing better than to realize that the good things about youth don't end with youth itself. It's a matter of realizing that life can be renewed every day you get out of bed without baggage. It's tough to get there, but it's better than the dark thoughts. -Lance

We might as well carry 2 more position players and get rid of Patton and Vizcanio since they don't get to throw.

Nah, this isn't Cotts.

Oh, yes it is.

I don't get it either, Patton has looked pretty damn good in his outings. Throw him out there and let him pitch, he can't be worse than Cotts.

That's it for Cotts. He will be somewhere else tomorrow.

Start the inning with Patton and use Guz in the 9th, you didn't need Marmol today.

I can see why Lou would want to take a look at Cotts in a no-pressure situation.
But the Heilman inning made no sense.
