It factors in the strength of schedule. Without looking it up, I'm guessing we've played a lot of games against teams with winning records.

From the link "+The basic formula is 25% team winning percentage, 50% opponents' average winning percentage, and 25% opponents' opponents' average winning percentage."

Kind of a weird take on strength of schedule. Unfortunately to me it appears to be comparing apples to pomegranates.

I'm still unimpressed with their pitching overall, though I think their pen is much improved. It could get pretty interesting if they decide to add a solid starter at the deadline again though. They have a lot more trade chips than we do.

The difference now from in the past though is that their tradable parts are pretty much on their MLB roster. They don't have too much left to deal outta their farm, so to add an arm, they'd potentially have to be taking away from somewhere else on their MLB club.

They still have Gamel and Escobar, both who are very high on the BA prospect list. After dealing LaPorta I doubt they would deal another one of those guys though.
