Cubs vs. Cardinals 5/19/09

Hope Lily doesn't give up too many gopher balls.
I'm 100% fine with this. I'm just glad there's an actual plan in place that isn't, "Let's load up on retreads and hope we get lucky." I'm a little tired of that plan.

God damn! He was safe but you can't get picked off to start a series. WHo do you guys hate more...Cards or Brewers?

Soriano is a dumbass but he was clearly safe. I'm still not sure how umpires, standing right there looking at it, can miss a call like that. Bang, bang plays at 1B or plays in the outfield have to be tough, but that one should have been easy. Every angle they showed, his hand was back on the bag before the tag.

Cards, the Brewers are not even in my top four of hated teams.

Dammit, Lilly throw a fucking strike. Stop walking shitty hitters like Thurston and Ryan.

Geez.... I'm not sure how Pujols didn't hit that about 500 feet. Lilly got away with one big time. don't let Molina beat you again now.

I wrote, for the Thigh, that Kosuke was as useful as a vented condom last year. So far this year, I've loved watching every aspect of his game.

If you can say that in September, I'll be happy.

I can always say it. And since I have my JD, I can lie without blinking.

4 pitches on the inning. Piniero has 38 pitches through 4. Is that correct? Awful.
