So this cocksucker calls the strike at Bradley's chest, followed by a strike at Lee's ankles. Fucking douchebag.
I wish that I believed in Fate. I wish I didn't sleep so late. I used to be carried in the arms of cheerleaders.

If Theriot could sustain the power streak, then I'm all for it. But he can't. So I'd rather he start poking singles the other way than swinging for the fences and hitting weak flyouts.

Bradley never protects on a full count, though. He just assumes a walk is coming. I'm done with his sorry ass.

Right. That's what I'm saying. If I felt he could hit 20 homers, by all means go for it, but he won't. He might hit 10. He needs to go back to what he was doing before. If they try to sneak a fastball inside or there's a meatball on 3-1, turn on that and swing for the fence. However, he's doing this on pitches outside or when he's behind in the count. He's completely changed his approach at the plate, and he was a big reason we won 97 games last year.

It was clearly ball 4 though, just like the St. Louis game.

I'm a huge believer on protecting when it's close with 2 strikes, but if you have 3 balls and you think it's a ball, why would you swing? Even gameday has it as a ball.

If he'd have swung and made an out, you'd have been screaming about him swinging at ball 4.
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena. [Image: ITgoyeg.png]
