I just looked at the list again, there's like 10 total players listed that aren't former all stars. Clearly that list is totally made up.

If you look at the NL central part of the list, it has Cubs then Pirates then Brewers. No Reds, Cards or Astros.

Bingo. If this is the list, this was the only 100 or so from all players tested, then my god steroids must be the end all be all because all of these guys are big names. There's no way that's the case. And if it is, then every single player was taking them and these guys that still rose to the top on a "newly leveled by steroids" field. Either way it's hard to believe.

The difference here? A lot of these guys you've barely heard to go along with the big names.

Now there actually should be more big names on some lists because these are the guys reporters will target and hunt down, but in a random sampling, and particularly in a sampling that is supposed to test basically everyone, you're gonna come up with a list a lot like the roster of your average team. Some all stars, some one season wonders, some promising rookies, some pieces of shit (hi Milton) and a fair number of guys you couldn't pick out of a lineup because they're journeymen at best.
