That's almost the exact same list that was "linked" to the Mitchell Report before, I doubt it's anywhere near accurate (the Mitchell Report list wasn't even close).

Another reason why it's clearly a lie. They tested every single person that was on a 40 man roster plus other players who were FAs. How many players for 2003 that were on 40 man rosters have never even made it to the MLB? Probably 75-100, but let's just say it was 50. 7% (which is the reported amount of players that tested positive) means that there should be 3-4 guys on there that have never played a game in the MLB. Where are they? I recognize every name on there.
To me, it look like someone went to a baseball reference type site, went through the rosters and picked 103 guys they wanted put on a list. I don't think I saw a single Cardinal.
