Cubs close to acquiring Heath Bell?

With the depth in the organization that the Cubs have at SP, if you can get a guy like Heath Bell for Randy Wells, you'd have to do it.

For some reason I'd be very surprised if he goes that cheaply, certainly if he goes this early at that price.
