That may be the worst Pearl Jam song I've ever heard. It's really pop-like.
I'm 100% fine with this. I'm just glad there's an actual plan in place that isn't, "Let's load up on retreads and hope we get lucky." I'm a little tired of that plan.

I actually don't mind it. Got More is not a bad song either.

Maybe it's cause when they recorded this record there they got mugged, Vernon Forest style.

They never come to St. Louis either. I have heard it has something to do with the record company but I am not sure why that would matter.

The went to St. Louis in '03 and '04 (I was at both of those) and Atlanta in '03. It has nothing to do with the record company, especially since they don't have one anymore. This is a relatively small tour and there will be a bigger one next year.

bottom line is they play the most shows where the most fans are. Southern shows are usually the only ones that don't sell out, whereas 2 in Chicago and 4 (!!) in Philly is no problem.

Yeah that's why the record company rumor never made any sense. I knew that wasn't what it was but wasn't sure what the deal was. It would just be nice to see them come to STL since they haven't been here in over 5 years now.

Ed is a Cubs fan, maybe he's boycotting! My guess is they'll come in '10, or you could've made the drive to Chicago.
