This is the hardest Marmol's thrown in a long time. Good to see him have some attitude with that fastball finally rather than just slidering the fuck out of batters.

And as I say that he goes to a slider on 3-1 again. Sigh.

Yeah he did that the other night in Washington too. Would fall behind 3-0 with his slider and then throw fastballs for strikes. I wish he would just throw the fastball to get ahead in the count and then make it more likely they chase the slider.
