That is laughable. I'm not sure what Alonso's been up to in the minors but that dude was the most impressive college hitter I've seen in a long time.

Struggling somewhat at AA this year (16 games), but tore up A ball.
Rated as Reds #1 prospect, Best Hitter for Average, & Best Strike-Zone Discipline coming into 2009.
