The Cottage

Don't want to oversell it, but I liked it. I hesitate to summarize it, as there are some surprises, but suffice to say it starts with a kidnapping gone wrong. At first small things start going wrong, but by the end, everything has gone wrong. It doesn't star anyone (unless you consider Andy Serkis "anyone"), but it does have a hot babe in it that you'd like to do right before you kill her, as her rack is comparable to her annoyance factor.

It's funny and gory, and I'm fairly certain they lifted a scene from "Predator" at one point. If possible, I'd avoid reading about it or seeing the trailers, as they will spoil some of the fun.
I wish that I believed in Fate. I wish I didn't sleep so late. I used to be carried in the arms of cheerleaders.

I watched it about a year ago. I was entertained, but not sure if I would recommend it. Horror comedies are subjective.

And yes, I liked the hot chick until she started speaking.

I thought it was pretty funny, in an offbeat, British sort of way.

Did you ever see Severance? I liked that as well, since we're on the subject of British horror comedies. That one had some pretty spot-on social and political commentary too.

Yeah, I liked that a lot too. The rolling head shot was nifty.
