We 3-hit a really good team for 12 innings and still lost. It just stinks the more I think about it.

It just really hurt when the Milton one didn't leave. He really gave that ride and he even thought he got it. It's just soooooooooo Cub. And then a douchedick leads off the next inning with a basket shot to rub it in our faces.

Rockies lose and the Giants are also losing(4-1). Terrible, terrible, terrible loss for us, but at least it appears we won't be losing ground in the standings. Stinks though because this was a night to gain some ground and it's unlikely the Cards lose many more in the next 1-2 weeks.

Yeah, that one inning was the only really bad one for our staff. I'll even give Gregg a pass because he normally only goes 1, and he got out their toughest 3 hitters earlier.

Marmol needs to be relegated to mop-up duty. I'm tired of him. 52 BB in 53+ innings is a joke.
