Correct (presumably - and I would agree with it, if that presumption is true).

He left the Cubs for bigger money in Atlanta.
He won 3 of his 4 Cy Youngs there.
When baseball writers discuss the "greatest seasons ever by a pitcher," inevitably, Maddux's 1994 and 1995 seasons are included in the discussion. During those years, he was wearing a Braves uniform.
Maddux won the World Series once, and thus has a "ring."
It looks like this:

I'm sold. I'm gonna start an online petition to get his number taken down at Wrigley.

Because it didn't cross my mind to put him up there. I think when people think Cubs they tend to think of the 5 up there.

My one complaint about the banner is no Grace. I still think he deserves to be up there just as much as any of those great Cubs.

We need a new banner.
The thing you need to remember is that all Cardinals fans and all White Sox fans are very bad people. It's a fact that has been scientifically proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. Being a Cubs fan is the only path to rightousness and piousness. Cardinal and White Sox fans exist to be the dark, diabolical forces that oppose us. They are the yin to our yang, the Joker to our Batman, the demon to our angel, the insurgence to our freedom, the oil to our water, the club to our baby seal. Their happiness occurs only in direct conflict with everything that is pure and good in this world.

I would like to once again thank Baron for creating a kick-ass banner.
Thanks, Baron.

But all good things have to come to an end, and I wouldn't be opposed to a new banner. The old one is fine. But if Baron has a different idea, I'd be interested in hearing it.

The new banner should include:

Miles, Gregg, Fontenot, Cotts and Samardzija.

Well the Legends clearly didn't help the mojo this year. I'm down for creating a new one, or if Butch wants to let him go ahead, but we would have to see if people want current players or Legends again. If we go current guys then its better to wait till closer to the season because we don't know who will be around (I mean hell, PCB wants to get rid of Z) and that is when the promo pics come out.

If you got an idea for something in the interim though let me know. Anything that takes me away from schoolwork is a plus
