I will watch it again, however the acting is bad. Anna is fucking hot way hotter than Diana in the original lets see if she can be as sinister. I am awaiting to see if they bring in the Ham Taylor character played by the legendary Michael Ironside, he was my favorite next to Willy played by Robert Englund, who seems to be played by *SPOILER* Morris Chestnut, just a smooth version.

Thought it was good, didn't even know it was a remake of anything until i looked it up on wikipedia. I just have one question. Didn't they give away the entire story in the pilot. I could be and hope I am wrong and there are still some plot twists but just in one episode i think I know what the entire show will be about and it seems to be a pretty basic sci-fi story line.

Am I wrong and there are still some things that will surprise me?

Your post motivated me to do the same. Then I watched tonight's episode and I am hooked. I also saw previews for Flash Forward for the first time. Has anyone seen that yet? It appears all former Lost cast members are getting new shows.

Edit - does anyone know where I can watch episodes 1 and 2 from FlashForward? Hulu, Itunes, and ABC.com only have the last 5 episodes.

i like V.

flashforward is weird. i'm not particularly into it, at least not as much as i thought i'd be, but i want to see what they're going to do. it's like they took 2 of my favorite shows, lost and fringe, and tried to combine them. parts of flashforward are really interesting but the worst part for me is joseph feinnes' acting.i thought he'd be great because i'm a gay and loved shakespeare in love but he's hilariously, marky mark - bad sometimes.

not sure which one or who is scott wolf but dropping in on the middle of an episode isn't the best barometer for a show that builds tension and momentum as it goes. to each his own though, of course.

It's a perfectly adequate means of checking out the quality of the acting and dialogue and how naff the casting is. (Black alien; black girlfriend...what decade is this?).

It's poor form to drop into a thread like this and belabor how bad I thought what I saw was. I've shared my reaction to it so I'll shut up and leave this to the people that plan to watch the show.

I was prepared to hate it too, but honestly unless you watch from the first episode on, it isn't fair to judge the show entirely from 20 isolated minutes. The acting may not be the greatest, but you could honestly say that about 99% of the TV dramas out there, even some of the darlings of critics are laughable compared to movies. This show holds my interest, and I'll leave it at that. I'm not trying to convert anyone, though I think I'm a knowledgeable judge of poop.
