Griffey deserves to be booed.

I find it funny that Seattle supposedly had "a great clubhouse" last year, and now it is in turmoil.
Coincidence?

Harmony IS overrated. But Im not gonna pretend that I don't love the fact that Silva is 4-0, and that Bradley is someone else's headache.
Can some disharmonious clubhouse guy now please punch Aramis in the nuts? He needs it.
There's nothing better than to realize that the good things about youth don't end with youth itself. It's a matter of realizing that life can be renewed every day you get out of bed without baggage. It's tough to get there, but it's better than the dark thoughts. -Lance

Sorry, I've seen the BS before. Lots of folks in the world deserve my empathy. A petulant, selfish, multi-millionaire, athlete is not one of them.
Maybe, just maybe Milton could have attempted to get help earlier in his life. It's been offered to him. Hey, maybe he could have even gotten help during the offseason - so he could honor the game that made him a millionaire.
And now we get the the Milton Bradley "feel sorry for me" story including the "I know why people commit suicide" comment.
It's great that he's getting help and supposedly changing but the world doesn't need to know about it.

"That night when I kind of left here..."
"...he was so frustrated by his performance that he walked from the stadium back to the team hotel, alone, in 35-degree weather."
"He said he felt safe with his new teammates..."
"When you grow up and your name is Milton Bradley, people are always going to pick on you..."
Kind of?
You're previous teammates made you feel vulnerable?
Wow, 35 degrees?
No Milton, when you grow up with that name, people are naturally going to have a little fun with it...unless you're a prick...then they're going to pick on you.
If he's decided to try and grow up, more power to him. I'm glad he's trying in Seattle.

What an over-sentimental piece of garbage that was.

This Elizabeth Merrill is a dope. She was on ESPN for a few segments over the weekend, and not only was she clueless about sports (mostly baseball) in general, but she acted as though the story about Milton having issues was new to the world.

QUOTE Last month, Bradley was back in Chicago for a road trip, being hassled by the fans, and had the words "Kiss my ass" on the tip of his tongue.
Sweeney handed him a passage -- Philippians 3:13-14 -- and Bradley steered his angry ship toward the high road.
What fans, on the Southside? And why would they target him?

That seriously might me the most ridiculous thing ever published by ESPN. He is a selfish vindictive douchey asshole for numerous teams for over a decade, including his current one this year, and all the sudden he says he is trying to get help for 3 weeks and we get this garbage? And I thought the Hero Hamilton stuff was bad.

Apparently Merrill likes her metaphors as I like my men: mixed.
